Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Manager, Food & Beverage to lead all front-of-house operations across venues. You will manage teams, oversee budgeting and inventory, and ensure top-tier customer service in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires a hospitality background, supervisory experience, and strong leadership skills to drive profitability and maintain brand standards across bars and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant or related hospitality experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Bar experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FOH team delivers high-quality service aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints to improve experience.
• Manage venue budgets, food costs, expenses, headcount, and profit.
• Oversee food costs with the venue Chef and ensure menu items meet standards.
• Maintain inventory control and monitor replacement costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards and equipment maintenance.
