Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Supervisor, Food and Beverage to oversee scheduling and daily operations, ensuring top-tier service and adherence to Enterprise standards. You will collaborate with venue leadership to drive sales, profitability and cost control, while training team members to uphold our brand quality in a fast-paced casino environment.

Required: Associate’s degree in hospitality or related field and at least two years’ restaurant or service experience;

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant, customer service or related experience required.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of the minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage venues by ensuring the team delivers a best-in-class service to all guests while always following Enterprise service standards.
• Collaborates with venue leadership to develop and execute department initiatives that build sales, profitability, and cost control.
• Meets and maintains all safety and health requirements according to applicable codes, tracks training, and ensures food safety and timely service.
• Determines materials, equipment, and facilities needed for efficient operations; ensures cleanliness, organization and preparedness of the workspace.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
