Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. in Colorado is hiring for a supervisory role within the beverage team. You will lead the development of hourly Team Members, supervise employee relations, and address guest feedback to ensure top-notch service.

The position requires strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills, with responsibilities spanning hiring, coaching, and cost management to support department and property goals.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to develop and sustain productive Guest relationships.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop hourly Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Strategically train and develop for succession hourly Team Members.
• Supervise all aspects of employee relations including hiring, coaching, mediating, recognizing, and evaluating hourly Team Members.
• Resolve beverage quality and service opportunities; communicate with appropriate Team Members and leaders on Guest feedback.
• Maintain the morale of the department through open communication and teamwork by deploying targeted communication strategies.
• Interact with Guests and Team Members by maintaining a visible presence in Guest areas during peak business periods.
• Manage all financial operating expenses including budget, P&L, labor costs, controllables, and cost of goods.
