You will manage performance appraisals, budgets, and procedures, while coordinating with chefs and managers to maintain inventory, cleanliness, and security. Willingness to work flexible shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisor or leadership role.
• Ability to work with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train and monitor team members.
• Develop and implement policies to promote compliance with guidelines.
• Establish training procedures to ensure guest service standards.
• Deliver performance appraisals for the team.
• Understand department goals, standards and budget.
• Ensure the outlet is well staffed and operates to standard.
• Open/close work area and maintain cleanliness and asset security.
• Coordinate with Outlet Manager and Chefs on food prep/presentation.
• Coach team members as needed and monitor performance.
• Oversee inventory orders for the outlet.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
