Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a hands-on Beverage Operations Leader to oversee daily beverage services. The role requires leading a team, ensuring quality guest experiences, and maintaining compliance with state gaming and liquor regulations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, sanitation, and adherence to brand standards. The ideal candidate has a RAMP and Serv-Safe certification, plus 3 years in a related role and availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must be RAMP and Serv-Safe certified; three years in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures; financial literacy.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of beverage service and guest satisfaction with timely orders.
• Motivate and retain staff; manage beverage operations within budget.
• Ensure sanitation and equipment maintenance per regs and policy.
• Schedule hourly team members; ensure compliance with liquor laws and gaming rules.
• Maintain safety standards and uphold brand professionalism.
