The incumbent will oversee schedules, inventory, budgeting, and cross-department coordination, with emphasis on customer service and compliance. Starting salary is $50,000 per year with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; four years of beverage or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff in the Beverage department.
• Develop and manage operational goals; monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Create disciplined schedules to control labor costs and meet guest satisfaction.
• Set product menus and maintain inventories.
• Create and enforce Beverage policies to control costs while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Provide Beverage support for special events when needed.
• Monitor inventory of Beverage products.
• Assist in budgeting and report budget concerns to management.
• Promote exceptional customer service and ensure standards are met.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to Executive Management.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
