Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily beverage operations and supervise staff on designated shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to department policies.

You will assist in budgeting, inventory control, and coordination with other departments to deliver high-quality service during events and peak times. Flexible to work holidays, nights, and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.) in related field and two years beverage or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work various shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily beverage operations on designated shift.
• Coordinate with manager on scheduling; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in establishing product menu and record inventories.
• Maintain beverage department policies and control costs while ensuring quality.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Support events and special occasions as needed on designated shift.
• Monitor beverage inventory and assist in budget processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold department standards.
• Assist with administrative duties and reporting; ensure compliance and confidentiality.
