Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in Highland, CA seeks a Supervisor, Beverage under the Assistant Manager, Beverage to oversee beverage teams in Yaamava’ Resort & Casino. You will schedule, coach, monitor cash handling, and ensure service standards to guests.

You\'ll train staff on beverage preparation, inventory control, safety, and compliance with California regulations, while driving beverage quality and cost efficiency across venues and bars.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Business Management or related field required.
• Minimum two (2) years’ food and beverage experience in a high-volume venue with high quality food and extensive beverage offering.
• Minimum two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience in a high-volume venue with high energy atmosphere preferred.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class service and proper cash management practices.
• Train team in beverage preparation, service, inventory control, safety, and sanitation.
• Manage beverage inventory, orders, rotation, and cost control; ensure efficient flow of production.
• Maintain sanitation and operate beer systems, walk-in coolers, and bar equipment.
• Resolve employee relations and communicate with leadership and department leadership.
• Collaborate with venue leadership to drive sales, profitability, and department goals.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
