Qualifications

• Associate degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Business Management or related field.
• Two years F&B supervisory experience in a high-volume venue with high energy atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of beverage venues and ensure best-in-class service and proper cash handling.
• Train team in beverage preparation, service, inventory control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Manage materials, equipment, and facilities for efficient operations; ensure cost and quality goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of beverage spaces and equipment; uphold health standards.
• Resolve employee relations issues and escalate as needed per policies.
• Collaborate with venue leadership to meet sales, profitability, and cost-control goals.
• Perform additional duties to support department operations.
