Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or a related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of restaurant, customer service or related experience.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of the minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage venues, delivering best-in-class service.
• Collaborates with venue leadership to develop and execute department initiatives that drive sales and cost control.
• Ensures safety, health and training requirements are met and that standards are followed.
• Determines materials and equipment needs and maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Performs other duties to support efficient department operations.
