Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in Highland, CA seeks a Supervisor, Food and Beverage to oversee scheduling and staff, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service in a fast‑paced casino environment. Under direction of Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage, you will coordinate daily operations, train team members, monitor safety and service standards, and help drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or a related field is required.
Minimum one (1) year of restaurant, customer service or related experience required.
Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of the minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

Assists with day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage venues by ensuring the team delivers a best-in-class service to all guests while following Enterprise service standards.
Collaborates with venue leadership to develop and execute department initiatives that build sales, profitability, and cost control.
Meets and maintains all safety and health requirements according to applicable codes and ensures food is served safely and timely.
