San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Supervisor, Food and Beverage to oversee the scheduling and supervision of restaurant staff, ensuring service standards and brand integrity. The role focuses on delivering consistent guest experiences and leading teams in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with venue leadership on department initiatives, maintaining safety training, and ensuring efficient operations.

Formación

• Requires an Associate’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant or customer service experience is required.
• Related or direct experience may be considered in lieu of the minimum education. Description aligns with supervisory duties.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day operation of Food & Beverage venues, delivering best-in-class service and upholding brand standards.
• Collaborates with venue leadership to drive sales, profitability, and cost control while communicating department goals.
• Ensures safety/health requirements are met and staff training completed.
• Determines materials, equipment, and facilities needed for efficient operations; maintains workspace cleanliness and safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support efficient departmental operations.
