Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Supervisor, Beverage to oversee beverage venues and lead a team toward exceptional service aligned with Yaamava’ Brand Standards. The role emphasizes training, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

We require an associates degree related to hospitality or food service and at least two years of beverage supervisory experience in a high-volume setting.

Competenze

• Associates degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Business Management or related field is required.
• Minimum two (2) years’ food and beverage supervisory experience in a high-volume venue preferred.
• Must understand local, state, and federal alcohol regulations and possess ability to manage cash transactions accurately.
