Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our venues, ensuring best-in-class service and adherence to brand standards. You will manage cash handling, shift supervision, and inventory control to support cost efficiency.

The role requires an associate’s degree in Food Service or related field and at least two years in a high-volume F&B setting with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Business Management or related field is required.
• Minimum two years’ food and beverage experience in a high-volume venue with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must understand local, state, and federal regulations for alcohol sales and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day operation of Food & Beverage venues, ensuring best-in-class service and adherence to Yaamava’ Brand Service Standards.
• Oversees cash management and cash registers to ensure proper practices.
• Manages inventory control, ordering, receiving and cost control processes.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards across beverage venues and supports maintenance of equipment.
