Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two years of food & beverage experience is required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous leadership training/experience is preferred.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Aufgaben

• Create a memorable guest experience by providing exceptional service to all patrons. Serves as an extension to leadership, assists management and team as needed to ensure Yaamava’ Brand Service Standards and successful daily operations.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally prior to getting a manager involved.
• Assist and confirm all appropriate side work duties, maintain cleanliness of dining areas, and oversee station and front desk organization.
• Maintain stock and inventory; audit cash register transactions and complete shift reports and POS resets.
• Communicate and administer training material; develop strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction; act as a role model.
• Assist with hosting duties, seating rotation, and guest assistance at kiosks; bar setup and beverage batching in certain venues.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations.
