C. Ellet's Steakhouse is seeking a Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team in Atlanta. The role partners with the General Manager and Senior Leadership to optimize the total beverage program, including purchasing and staff training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficient with Word/Outlook/Excel.
• Strong math, reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative duties for all employees.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate effectively.
• Schedule and train staff.
• Oversee ordering of non-food and beverage items.
• Oversee bar team, recipe testing, and beverage operations.
• Manage beverage book, wine & spirits offerings, and inventories.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
