Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Atlanta, GA seeks a Bar Manager to supervise onsite bar operations, lead and develop a team of bartenders, and ensure a high-energy guest experience aligned with brand standards.

You will manage beverage programs, inventory, cost controls, seasonal menus, and events, train staff on cocktail preparation and service, collaborate with leadership on promotions, and drive revenue while maintaining compliance and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume bartending experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience creating cocktail menus and beverage programs preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Food handling and alcohol safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of onsite bar(s) to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead by example in delivering engaging, high-energy guest interactions.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) for bar operations when scheduled.
• Train staff on cocktail preparation, ingredients, and storytelling behind each drink.
• Partner with leadership on LTOs, activations, and special events.
• Continuously evolve the beverage program to drive revenue and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule bartenders.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance management for bar staff.
