Job summary

Kowa Health Care US Co, Ltd in Orange County, CA is seeking a Field Sales Representative to gain new distribution and grow volume in existing accounts across a defined territory. You will build relationships with retailers, execute programs, and promote Kowa’s beverage portfolio to drive sales.

The role requires outside sales experience, the ability to travel, and strong merchandising skills. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work remotely within the territory, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 2 years outside sales experience; beverage industry sales experience preferred.
• Currently reside within the required geography for territory listed or willing to relocate
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 65 pounds and travel as required

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and sample existing and potential accounts to maximize shelf space.
• Sell in distribution with proper merchandising standards to new accounts.
• Build professional business relationships to maximize merchandising potential.
• Provide reports on day-to-day sales activities and support sales/bonus programs.
• Meet program sales goals and market share targets within territory.
• Demonstrate Kowa's marketing tools using a digital device in the sales process.
• Travel to training and meetings as required.
