Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the South East Bay Area, driving sales of beer, wine, and spirits. You will plan routes, present products, and ensure shelves and promotions align with company priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least two years in sales, and comfort with MS Office and presentation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills; strong problem-solving ability.

Responsabilités

• Call on accounts and cover daily routes with an efficient pattern; identify opportunities and maintain surveys for compliance.
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives; manage inventory, pricing and promotions; ensure brand visibility in accounts.
• Handle safe and responsible interactions with the public while managing customer issues and returns.
