Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the East Bay Area, maximizing supplier brand sales through planning, execution, and communication.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 2 years in Sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to customer locations while delivering exceptional customer service and product promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong verbal/written communication and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills; problem-solving ability.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established pattern.
• Analyze account base, surveys, and ensure national account compliance where applicable.
• Deliver professional sales presentations highlighting products, promotions, and placements.
• Maintain product levels by inventory and restocking where permitted.
• Educate staff on priority brands via training seminars.
• Manage receivables and communicate aging with accounts.
• Serve accounts by delivering products and resolving issues with management.
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives and maintain brand visibility.
• Process payments and open new accounts with Field Sales Manager.
• Participate in supplier work with sales calls and blitzes.
