Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd Shift operator in Lakeland, FL. In this role you’ll support high-speed beverage production, adhere to GMPs and safety rules, and help ensure product quality on batching lines.

You will operate batching/blending equipment, record data, and assist with sanitation. This position requires physical ability and good English communication in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP or GMP is preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a high-stress setting.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety and GMP policies and wear PPE.
• Ensure product quality and batch integrity per specs.
• Operate and program batching/blending equipment as assigned.
• Record accurate ingredient amounts and run data.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP on lines and equipment.
