Job summary

Refresco Group is seeking a production operator for our beverage facility in Tampa. The role focuses on adhering to GMPs, HACCP and safety policies while maintaining product quality on fast-paced lines. You will handle batching, ingredient transfer by forklift, and documentation for QA.

The position requiresHigh School certification, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50 lbs.
• Able to perform duties under high stress with basic math.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, PPE usage in warehouse or production areas.
• Ensure product quality and integrity against specifications for customer satisfaction.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and pre-weighs as required.
• Program bulk ingredient delivery system and record batching details.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP of batching lines and equipment.
• Complete documentation for batching operations and forward to QA/Blending.
