Job summary

Refresco is hiring for a manufacturing operator at our Indiana facility. The role involves adhering to GMPs, maintaining product quality, and operating batching and forklift equipment in a fast-paced beverage production plant.

You will follow batching sheets, verify ingredients, perform sampling for QA, and support sanitation and cleaning tasks. Training on equipment and safety procedures is provided; 50 lb lifting is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE requirements in warehouse or production areas.
• Ensure product quality and integrity per specifications.
• Transport ingredients and pre-weighs by forklift to required areas.
• Program bulk ingredient delivery system and follow batching sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP of lines and equipment.
• Complete documentation for batching operations and report non-conformities.
