Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is hiring for a manufacturing technician on second shift in Dunkirk, NY. You will work in a fast-paced beverage production plant, adhering to GMP, HACCP, and safety policies while operating batching/blending lines and forklifts.

Ideal candidates have high school certification and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong problem-solving and basic computer skills. Training is provided to ensure quality, safety and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50lbs.
• Able to perform duties within a high stress/pressure environment, with math skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, state/city regulations and quality policies.
• Train and certify in batching/blending equipment operation.
• Maintain product quality and integrity per specifications to satisfy customers.
• Transport ingredients and pre-weighs by forklift as required.
• Record batching ingredients and ensure proper documentation.
