Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative to cover the South Bay area in California. You will rotate through territories to maximize supplier brand sales, assist merchandising, and drive growth with trade accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in sales, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is needed, with full-time on-site work and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.”

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers.
• Maintains product levels in accounts and restocks shelves where legal.
• Ensures brand visibility with current POS materials.
• Obtains payments and processes remittance from accounts where permissible.
• Educates account staff by conducting training seminars on brands.
• Delivers products and handles customer issues and complaints.
• Prepares monthly sales planning based on pricing and product programming.
