Responsibilities include conducting sales calls, optimizing promotions, monitoring inventory, and reporting territory performance. Travel within the region is required; a proactive approach to shelf visibility is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in sales, field execution, distributor management or similar in beverage/CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls with local and regional retail field management.
• Negotiate increased in-store execution, shelf space, and display placement.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure world-class retail activations.
• Review monthly distributor performance and develop action plans.
• Train distributor sales teams on brand positioning and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory, placement, and promotions to ensure visibility.
• Log daily sales activities and distributor updates using CRM tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly territory performance reports.
