Qualifications

• 3–10 years in sales or distributor management in beverage, FMCG, or CPG industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel locally within territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls with local and regional retail field management.
• Negotiate in-store execution, shelf space, cooler placements, and displays.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute retail activations.
• Review distributor performance and develop action plans.
• Travel with district managers to set in-store execution standards.
• Serve as point of contact for distributor account managers.
• Provide training on brand positioning and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory, placement, and promotional execution.
• Build relationships with distributor partners to align with sales goals.
• Engage retailers and store staff to grow in-store brand space.
• Gather insights on market trends.
• Log daily activities using CRM tools.
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare weekly and monthly territory performance reports.
