Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
• Conducts effective one-on-one sales meetings and reviews performance.
• Develops performance improvement plans and tracks progress.
• Pre-plans each period and strategizes with representatives to hit targets.
• Participates in interview and onboarding processes with HR.
• Maintains relationships with key accounts and develops new opportunities.
• Coordinates supplier interactions and ride-alongs with management.
• Resolves customer issues following company policies and procedures.
