EnerSys is seeking a Motive Power Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Commercial Strategy Manager to identify, develop, and deploy BESS strategies for industrial motive power markets. The role blends technical expertise with consultative selling and project leadership across distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and 3PL sectors.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing technical sales and project leadership.
• Experience with BESS technologies and energy storage concepts is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct strategic initiatives to identify and qualify large-scale BESS opportunities and tailor solutions to customer challenges.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, product management, and field sales.
• Provide SME leadership, training, ROI modeling, and competitive positioning for sales teams.
• Oversee customer-facing projects, energy audits, and deployments to ensure ROI and adoption.
