Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Advisor or similar in luxury travel.
• Deep understanding of luxury travel market and high-end client expectations.
• Exceptional phone, written, and consultative customer service.
• Demonstrate Chase Travel Servicing values: Confident, Observant, Responsible, Exceptional.
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple complex requests.
• Willingness to learn and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and book tours, cruises, and customized travel programs.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs, advising on destinations, dates, accommodations, and costs.
• Drive customer experience metrics by delivering exceptional service.
• Utilize Chase Travel tools to manage reservations and payments.
• Coordinate with team and suppliers to stay current on travel trends.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Ensure SLAs are met by following up and following through.
• Advise customers proactively on options, benefits, and costs.
• Integrate service excellence into every engagement.
