Job summary

HDR is seeking a BES Data Steward to define how data is captured, defined, governed, and reused across the Building Engineering Services Business Group. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with SMEs, and alignment of data practices to enable better project delivery and analytics across BES.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in data strategy, governance, and stakeholder management, with a track record of driving data-centric initiatives in complex engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, data science, business, computer science, or related discipline or equivalent related experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Architecture Engineering or an equivalent leadership role.
• Experience leading diverse data-centric teams and collaborating with leaders across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate SME network to define technical standards across BES.
• Develop data definitions to support reporting, automation, and AI use cases.
• Promote data governance and consistent data usage across BES.
