You will maintain an active Group Life & Health license and collaborate with national teams to support clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in the field.
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of insurance experience preferred.
• Active Broker's Group Life & Health License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop benefits strategy and program options for assigned territory.
• Evaluate offerings, negotiate rates, and finalize benefits options.
• Present models and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Business Consultants and national teams as needed.
• Manage communications and timelines for benefit implementations.
• Develop strong relationships with Benefits Consultants and clients.
