Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced Benefits Implementation Consultant to support onboarding, configuration, and ongoing utilization of benefits administration software. You will gather business requirements, configure settings, coordinate implementation activities, conduct testing, and train end users to ensure a smooth production transition.

You will partner with clients to troubleshoot, optimize functionality, and promote best practices to meet benefits objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with experience in benefits administration.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, and delivering client solutions.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits technology and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand benefit structures, eligibility rules, enrollment processes and reporting needs.
• Configure and validate benefit plans, eligibility rules, carrier connections, and system workflows.
• Coordinate timelines and communication among clients, internal teams, and vendors for successful deployment.
• Conduct system testing, QA, and user acceptance testing to ensure correct setup before go-live.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to administrators and end users.
• Monitor post-implementation adoption and provide optimization guidance.
