Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Benefits Consultant to help shape and manage comprehensive benefits programs across assigned territories. You will evaluate offerings, present options, model contributions, and negotiate rates while maintaining state licenses and ensuring compliance.

This role requires 3–5 years of insurance experience, a Bachelor's degree, and an active Life & Health license; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of insurance experience preferred.
• Bachelor's level degree required; Active Broker's Group Life & Health License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present benefits programs and options for assigned territory.
• Evaluate benefits offerings and negotiate final rates with carriers.
• Model contributions and manage implementation timelines across plans.
• Maintain active licenses and stay compliant with state requirements.
• Build and sustain relationships with Benefits Consultants and clients.
