Proman Staffing USA is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support US-based associates with benefits enrollment, education, error resolution, and termination coordination. You will interact with all US-based business units to address inquiries, maintain data feeds, and deliver benefit education.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of HR experience.
• 2+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience with multi-state benefits administration preferred.
• HRIS experience with Employee Navigator and/or Paylocity preferred.
• Proven record of creating and maintaining efficient internal processes.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and processes employee benefits, enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Responds to basic benefit inquiries from associates and vendors.
• Escalates issues in a timely manner.
• Reviews file feeds and ensures data accuracy between HRIS and vendor portals.
• Performs manual input of benefit data as needed.
• Oversees COBRA administration.
• Educates employees on benefit offerings as SME.
• Collaborates with payroll to ensure accurate employer contributions and deductions.
• Assists with benefit communication initiatives.
• Works with Insurance Broker on benefit-related issues including invoicing.
• Monitors and processes benefit plan invoices.
• Maintains benefits records and documentation per retention requirements.
• Supports annual Open Enrollment.
• Assists with ACA reporting and nondiscrimination testing.
• Creates and maintains internal process documentation.
• Maintains integrity of data entry in HRIS/ATS.
• Coordinates with vendors to resolve claim issues and escalations.
