Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or 5 years of benefits experience with high school diploma.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and CEBS designations preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits databases required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new benefits plans and vendors to obtain best value.
• Implement new benefits programs and serve as primary vendor contact.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA/ERISA.
• Process enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, and billing.
• Audit benefits data, prepare actuarial data, and support reporting.
• Develop enrollment materials and provide employee training and support.
