Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst to oversee administration of the company’s benefit programs and contribute to ongoing program development and improvements.

You will serve as day-to-day contact for third-party administrators and guide records maintenance and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely benefit support for employees and retirees. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Four years of benefits administration experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with employees, HR partners, vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong customer-service orientation with a collaborative approach.
• Superior analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, highly-driven and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of company’s benefit programs to administer plans.
• Provides exceptional customer service and resolves benefit inquiries.
• Maintains relationships with plan providers and ensures correct data exchanges.
• Monitors integrations between HRIS and vendors to ensure data accuracy.
• Identifies opportunities to improve benefit programs and processes.
• Designs controls for data quality, compliance and efficiency.
• Supports regulatory compliance activities (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Leads projects such as annual enrollment under supervision.
• Collaborates on benefit communications to engage employees.
• Processes corrections, benefit transactions and audits with accuracy.
• Supports reporting and documentation for better decision-making.
