PRO Resources is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist employees with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and claims. You will maintain benefits records, coordinate with providers, and help ensure ACA compliance and open enrollment accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork within a professional office setting at our Detroit Lakes, MN location.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of benefits or HR-related experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with benefits programs and compliance rules (HIPAA, ERISA) is a plus.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist enrollment, changes and cancellations of employee benefits.
• Maintain benefits records in HRIS and support ACA reporting.
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist with claims resolution.
• Coordinate with external benefits providers to resolve issues.
• Ensure open enrollment forms and processes run smoothly.
