Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Benefits Specialist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with employees on benefits inquiries and eligibility.
• Monitor Benefits Department Mailbox.
• Process Qualifying Life Events in HRIS.
• Reconcile and process benefit invoices.
• Maintain accurate benefits records.
• Assist with annual Open Enrollment.
• Ensure legal compliance with relevant regulations.
