You will coordinate with brokers and vendors, ensure data accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA.

You will lead open enrollment activities, prepare communications for employees, and analyze enrollment trends to drive process improvements.

Qualifications
