Job summary

Proman Staffing, a member of the Proman global family, is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support US-based Associates with education, enrollment, and termination coordination. You will manage data feeds, resolve benefit inquiries, and collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate contributions.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a stable, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• Experience with multi-state benefits administration preferred.
• HRIS knowledge: Employee Navigator and/or Paylocity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers and processes employee benefits; enrollments, changes, terminations.
• Responds to benefit inquiries from Associates and vendors.
• Oversees COBRA administration and benefits invoices.
• Coordinates with payroll for accurate employer contributions and deductions.
• Maintains benefits data in HRIS/ATS and prepares open enrollment support.
