Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and maintain rapid response rate according to metrics.
• Logging information of calls received where required.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and supervisors.
• Provide great customer service communications with providers and other departments.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries.
• Use Excel and Word for forms and data entry.
• Pursue personal development and attend mandatory workshops.
