Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in healthcare / medical benefits or claim inquiries / Retirement / Insurance and Customer Service is preferred.
• Proven communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style based on caller's needs.
• Responds well in a stressful, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members, providers, and brokers for benefits, enrollment, claims, and retirement questions.
• Research and investigate complaints to ensure compliance and procedural adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and protect member privacy.
