Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Benefits Administration Manager to oversee Health & Welfare and retirement programs across the United States and Canada. The role escalates complex employee issues and ensures compliant, efficient, employee-focused service with external vendors.

You will partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, People Systems, Legal, and Finance to drive governance, performance, and continuous improvements in benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health & Welfare benefits and retirement plans.
• Experience with vendor governance and outsourced providers.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting employee-facing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits service delivery for Health & Welfare and retirement programs.
• Monitor performance, metrics and trends to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex employee issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Ops, Legal and Finance on governance and risk.
