Job summary
Motion Industries is seeking a Manager, North America Benefits & Leave Administration to lead outsourced benefits and leave services across the US and Canada. You will own the employee experience regarding Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Leave programs, ensuring high quality, compliant service delivery.
You will drive escalations, vendor performance, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with HR functions and business leaders to deliver timely support to employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits/leave HR operations or shared services.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of US/Canada health & welfare, retirement, leave programs and compliance.
- Experience managing third-party administrators and vendor performance.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and HR case management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee benefits and leave service delivery for US and Canada.
- Lead escalations for complex employee benefits and leave issues.
- Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, and business leaders.
