Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Manager, North America Benefits & Leave Administration to oversee outsourced benefits and leave services across the United States and Canada. You will lead vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and partner with Total Rewards and HR leadership to deliver a superior employee experience.

The role requires 7+ years in benefits and leave administration with 5+ years in people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, leave administration, HR operations, or shared services.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, leave administration, regulatory compliance, and governance across US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the employee experience for outsourced Health & Welfare, Retirement, Disability, and Leave Administration programs across the US and Canada.
• Monitor service delivery performance, case trends, and metrics to ensure high-quality employee experience.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues related to benefits, retirement, and leave administration with vendors and internal partners.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, governance, and service delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide governance support for audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, and business leaders to align programs with strategic goals.
• Lead escalation management and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement in benefits and leave administration operations.
