Job summary

Motion Industries (MOT) is seeking a Benefits Administration Manager to lead the operational delivery of Health & Welfare and Retirement programs across the United States and Canada, collaborating with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-focused service.

This role acts as a primary escalation point for complex employee issues, drives performance against SLAs, and leads governance and risk management to maintain a high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in benefits administration, retirement administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Welfare and retirement plans and compliance.
• Experience managing third-party administrators and outsourced service providers.
• Experience supporting vendor governance, service-level management, and escalation resolution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient stakeholder management.
• Experience in an employee-facing service delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery for Health & Welfare and Retirement programs.
• Monitor service performance, metrics, and employee feedback.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in service delivery.
• Support annual enrollment activities and related initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee issues.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and performance against SLAs.
• Ensure compliance and governance across programs and audits.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Ops, Legal, and Finance.
