Motion is seeking a Health & Welfare Benefits Manager to oversee the design, administration, and compliance of our health and welfare programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will serve as the SME for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and leave programs, collaborating with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to deliver competitive and cost-effective benefits.

• Five+ years of progressive benefits experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare regulations and compliance.
