Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Health & Welfare Benefits Manager to design and administer US, Canada, and Mexico health and welfare programs, collaborating with HR and Finance to optimize coverage and costs.

The role leads vendor relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees renewals and communications, and partners with HRIS and Payroll to deliver accurate enrollment and reporting while supporting talent attraction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years progressive benefits experience, managing health and welfare programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer and improve health and welfare programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leave).
• Lead vendor management and contract performance for brokers, carriers and TPA partners.
• Ensure ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and Section 125 compliance and filings.
