ADP is hiring a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I to ensure platform configuration and readiness for clients during annual enrollment. The role acts as the primary contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients and oversees setup and management of benefit plans and enrollment.

The position requires hands-on configuration expertise for Benefits administration and enrollment, coordination with internal/external teams, and strong client service skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in client support or benefits administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary relationship owner for Comprehensive Benefits clients.
• Supports data gathering, requirements analysis, and project management during annual enrollment.
• Coordinates Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Supports configuration and maintenance of WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
• Manages workflow to ensure benefits transactions are accurately processed.
